  1. What is the maximum number of candidates I can assess using coding assessments?

You can assess up to 100,000 candidates simultaneously using our coding assessments.

  2. Can I include emojis in the test disclaimer?

No. Test disclaimer supports only plain text. Adding emojis or other non-standard characters in the test disclaimer can prevent candidates from starting the test.

  3. Does the invite count drop when reinviting a candidate?

When you re-invite a candidate for a test they are yet to finish, the invite count will not be reduced.
However, if the candidate has finished taking a test and the recruiter re-invites the candidate to retake it, it will be considered a new invite.

  4. How can I check a candidate’s attempt using their email?

On your home page, click the Candidates tab and search for the candidate by name or email ID. This search gives you the candidate's history, including a Skills summary, the timeline of events (tests and interviews attempted), and their public profile.

  5. Why can I not send email invites to candidates for a test?

User accounts can be assigned to any of the four user roles: Company Admin, Developer, Recruiter, or Interviewer.

To send test email invitations to candidates, you must be assigned a Company Admin or Recruiter user role.

Also, ensure that your user role's Allowed to Send Invites entitlement is turned on.

  6. What happens to a candidate's status if the cut-off score is changed?

If the cut-off score for a test is changed after a candidate's report has been generated, then there is no change in that candidate's status. However, any candidate whose report is generated after changing the cut-off score will have the new status.
