You can delete an existing custom email template if you no longer require it.
- You must be logged in to your HackerRank for Work account.
- You must have created an email template you want to delete.
- Navigate to Tests on the homepage and click the required test.
- Click Invite Candidates in the bottom part of the left navigation pane.
- Click Use Template.
- Click the Delete icon displayed in the Use an Existing template dialog box.
Step Result: The selected template has been deleted.
Note:If you accidentally deleted a template and wish to recover it, click Undo
