Archiving a Test

Archiving a test helps manage your active test list by moving unused tests to an archived state. Candidate invites cannot be sent through an archived test, you can however restore an achieved test at any time and send invites.

Steps to Archive & Restore a Test 

Prerequisites

• You must be logged in to your HackerRank for Work account.
• Ensure the test you want to archive has been created.

Steps 

• Archive: Navigate to the Test tab, select the required test and click on the Archive button.

• Restore: Navigate to the Archived Tests tab, select the required test and click on the Restore button.

Note: To archive or restore multiple tests, select the said test(s) and click on the Archive or Restore button.
