You can customize settings for email notifications for your account. Follow the below steps.
- Click the arrow next to the user icon on the top right corner of the home page.
Click on the Settings option from the drop-down menu and then click on the Email Notifications option from the left navigation pane.
- In the Tests section of the displayed page, select the required radio button.
By default, the option to send you a notification email after a candidate takes a test is selected. However, you can select the radio button to disable the notification email or to enable notification emails only if the candidate scores more than the cutoff score.
Tip: You can specify the cutoff score from the Advanced Settings for a test. Refer to the Modifying Score Settings for Tests article to understand the involved steps.
- In the Interviews section:
- Enable or disable the option to send you an email notification when the interview ends automatically.
By default, this option is disabled. - Enable or disable the option to send you an email if you have given feedback that you had a bad interview experience.
This email is to collect further information about your feedback that will help improve your experience. By default, this option is enabled.
- Enable or disable the option to send you an email notification when the interview ends automatically.
- In the Product Updates section, enable or disable the option to send you product updates.
By default, this option is enabled.
- Click Save.
