Receiving and Acting on Alerts
Upon activation, test editors will receive an email with:
- A list of tests containing leaked questions.
- Direct calls-to-action (CTAs) to manage each specific test.
Note: The list will have 2 kinds of leakages:
1) Questions that were not leakage protected and got leaked (marked without the shield icon)
2) Questions that were leakage protected but the automatic replacement failed (marked with the shield icon).
For viewing more than 3 tests, download the spreadsheet linked in the email to see all leaked questions across the tests you are monitoring.
With this feature, you can rest assured that the integrity of your assessments is vigilantly monitored. By enabling email alerts for question leakage, you can keep your hiring process secure and your assessments up to date, ensuring a fair evaluation of each candidate's skills.
