In this guide, we'll walk you through a new feature added to the Engage product, focusing on invitation and reminder emails. This enhancement allows recruiters to customize certain aspects of these emails.
Reply-to Address
As a recruiter, you have the flexibility to configure a custom Reply-to Address for candidate responses. This allows you to route candidate replies to an email address of your choice, such as customer.support@domain.com, or any other preferred address. Additionally, if needed, multiple Reply-to Addresses can be configured.
Invitation Email
An invitation email is sent to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have been shortlisted for an event. This email contains essential details about the event and serves as the initial communication with the candidate.
Reminder Email
A reminder email is sent to candidates a day before the event to remind them of the upcoming event. It reinforces the details sent in the original invite and ensures candidates don’t miss the event.
You can customize the content and insert placeholders like the candidate’s name or company name to personalize the message, using an inbuilt editor.
Before sending the final version to the candidates, you can use the Send Preview Email feature to verify how the email appears to candidates. The preview will be sent to the email address you used to log in.
