Company Admins hold the highest level of access and control within the HackerRank platform, overseeing all aspects of the company's account, including user management, billing, and settings.
Key Responsibilities and Permissions
- User Management: Company Admins have the authority to manage every user within the company's HackerRank account. This includes inviting new users, modifying entitlements, and locking/unlocking users when necessary.
- Team Management: As a Company Admin, you can create, modify, and delete teams within the organization. You also have the power to assign Team Admins and manage team-specific settings.
- Access: Company Admins can access all tests and interviews across the platform, regardless of which team created them. They also have complete access to questions, Interview templates, and candidate details on the platform.
- Setting Configuration: Company Admins can configure all company-wide settings, for eg: company name, brand settings etc. within the HackerRank platform to align with the organization's needs and preferences.
Steps to Grant Company Admin Permissions
- Click on the arrow at the top right corner of the homepage and select Teams Management.
- On the Users tab, to assign a user as a company admin:
- Click on the user's name to open their profile in the right-hand pane
- Open the User Role dropdown and select Company Admin.
