Inviting Additional Interviewers

Overview

HackerRank for Work allows you to invite new interviewers to join a scheduled or ongoing interview and assess a candidate. When you invite new members, HackerRank automatically sends email alerts to them with the link to join the interview. 

Note: When a HackerRank Interview has started and is ongoing, you can invite new interviewers only if the interview details page is open in HackerRank for Work. If you navigate away from the interview details page, when you reopen the page, you will not be allowed to invite new interviewers.

Inviting New Interviewers to Join a Scheduled Interview

1. On the HackerRank home page, click on the Interview tab.
2. On the Interview landing page, you can see the list of interviews. You can select a scheduled interview that is unused.

3. You can just navigate to the Interviewers field on the interview details page, and add the expected interviewers from the list.

4. Click on the Save button. You will be prompted to confirm sending email invites to the new interviewers.
5. Click on the Send button.

The new interviewers will automatically receive separate email alerts with the link to join the interview at the scheduled time.

Inviting New Interviewers to an Ongoing Interview

1. When an interview is ongoing with the candidate, you must have the interview details page open in HackerRank for Work.
2. You can just navigate to the Interviewers field on the page and add the expected interviewers from the list.
3. Click on the Save button. So that you know, you will be prompted to confirm sending email invites to the new interviewers.
4. Click on the Send button.

The new interviewers will automatically receive separate email alerts with the link to join the interview at the scheduled time.
