The interviewer scorecard is a private scorecard for interviewers to manually evaluate candidate skills during a CodePair interview. It displays a set of skills to be analyzed based on the role that the candidate is getting hired for.
How to view the Scorecard?
Once you login to a CodePair session as an interviewer, you will be able to see a collapsible panel to the right-hand side of the screen called “Scorecard”. Expand the panel to view the complete scorecard.
Key Highlights of the scorecard
- The scorecard displays the skills on which the hiring panel can evaluate a candidate. These skills are mapped to the specific role on which the CodePair session is conducted.
- If you initiate a CodePair interview from a Candidate’s Test report page, then the role of the test will be automatically mapped to the CodePair and the same skills will be displayed in the scorecard inside the CodePair.
- If a role is not added at the time of scheduling the CodePair interview, then default skills are displayed in the interviewer’s scorecard. The default skills include Code Quality, Technical Communication, Problem Solving, System Design, and Language Proficiency.
- As an interviewer, you can rate a candidate between a “strong yes” and a “strong no” against each of these skills and write your feedback specific to a particular skill.
- Apart from role-specific feedbacks, you can also add your overall feedback to the candidate on the scorecard. Feedbacks will be autosaved on every action done in the scorecard.
- The scorecard is private for each interviewer and is not visible to other interviewers or candidates. Each interviewer's feedback in the scorecard gets captured and displayed in the report.
