HackerRank for Work helps you gain insights into how your specific Tests are progressing. As a Recruiter, you can use HackerRank Test insights to analyze the trend of your candidates’ performance compared to the time taken and scores they achieve in a particular Test.
The Insights tab of a Test provides an analytical view of your candidate’s performance. The graphical representations for metrics such as score distribution, Question-wise time and score metrics, and overall candidate performance help you understand your candidates’ approach and success rate in solving a Test.
You can further use this analysis to select suitable candidates for the next step of your hiring process and also understand the efficiency and effectiveness of your Test.
