Question Sharing

You can share the questions created by you by clicking on the Share option.

When you share, you can select specific users to share the question with and choose their level of access.

Currently, we automatically share your questions with all teams you are part of, and you cannot share your questions outside of your teams.

Question Sharing FAQs

Will anyone lose access to questions they already have access to when this feature is released?

No, the automated team-based sharing system will still be in place. This feature will allow users to share with others outside of their team.

Can I disable the automated team based sharing?

No, currently we do not support that.

Who can share a question?

The owner, company admins, or other users/teams with editor access.

What does transferring ownership do?

If you transfer ownership to another user, you will become an editor, and the new owner will take control of the question. The current owner will have full access to the question. Automated team sharing will modify which teams have default access. You cannot remove access from teams that automatically have it.

Can I remove access from a user?

Yes, within the sharing menu, if you click on a user or team you shared with, you will see an option to remove them.

Explicit Test Sharing

You can share the tests created by you by clicking on the Share option within the test.

When sharing the test with a user, you can select their level of access. There are three access levels as explained in the below table.
